Qualifications

• Previous electronics manufacturing or PCBA experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Comfort with hand tools, presses, fixtures, and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and defect identification.
• Able to handle small parts and delicate assemblies.
• Basic computer skills for production transactions.
• Dependable, quality-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to ESD, safety, and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Depaneling of PCBA using approved tools, fixtures, or equipment.
• Complete press‑fit operations according to instructions and drawings.
• Mechanical assembly tasks including hardware installation and labels.
• Inspect boards for workmanship issues during post‑production.
• Follow travelers, assembly drawings, and quality requirements.
• Use hand tools, torque tools, presses, fixtures safely.
• Handle PCBAs with proper ESD practices at all times.
• Identify and report defects or process concerns to leadership.
• Maintain accurate production counts and scan work orders.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and 5S compliant.
• Support other post‑production tasks as needed.
