Job summary

Vangarden Cannabis is seeking a Post Processing Technician I to support daily post-harvest operations in our Processing Team. The role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, and collaboration within a fast-paced cannabis production environment.

This is a full-time, first-shift position with a starting pay of $19/hour. You’ll perform trimming, assist with dry and cure processes, maintain accurate records, and help ensure quality and compliance across processing steps.

• Assist with batch preparation and workflow organization.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns.
• Support team goals and production schedules.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help ensure our cannabis products are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Daily tasks may include:

• Hand trimming and machine trimming cannabis flower
• Assisting with dry and cure processes
• Weighing, sorting, and preparing product for processing
• Processing and disposing of green waste
• Monitoring product quality and identifying concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory documentation
