Job summary

Staff Perm in Townsend, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Post Press Operator for the 2nd shift to sort and prepare printed materials for shipment. You will support folding, trimming, binding, and especially sorting and matching items for accurate shipment, ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring stock, proofreading orders, and generating labels while maintaining high quality to meet client expectations on every job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the USA.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine post-press functions.
• Sort and match printed materials accurately for shipment.
• Set up equipment and gather materials efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and stock supplies.
• Check shipments, stamp and proofread orders, and generate labels.
• Follow all order instructions for product accuracy and shipping labels.
• Maintain quality to meet customer expectations.
