Job summary

Milenis Home Care in Florida is seeking compassionate Postpartum & Newborn Caregivers (HHA/CNA/Nanny) to support mothers and babies at home across Vero Beach and surrounding communities.

We offer competitive hourly pay, biweekly wages, and flexible PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities with RN-supervised care and paid orientation. Local assignments and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with newborn/infant care preferred.
• Background screening and health documentation required by Florida employment/home-care rules.
• Florida home-care employment requirements are applicable.

Responsibilities

• Newborn supervision and infant care.
• Diapering, changing, burping, and soothing.
• Bottle preparation and feeding support.
• Supporting established newborn sleep and feeding routines.
• Helping mothers rest and recover.
• Non-medical personal care and companionship.
• Baby laundry and bottle organization.
• Light meal preparation and housekeeping related to mother and baby.
• Overnight newborn support when assigned.
• Safety monitoring and communication with the family and Milenis team.

Milenis Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Postpartum & Newborn Caregivers to support mothers, babies, and families in their homes throughout Vero Beach and Indian River County.

Qualifications

Previous newborn, infant, postpartum, nanny, daycare, HHA/CNA, or childcare experience is highly valued.

Candidates must meet applicable Florida employment and home-care requirements, including required background screening and health documentation.
