Job summary

Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg 5CD 2N units. This Full-Time role supports 5A/5B orthopedic and post-operative care with varied day and night shifts (3/12-hr). A $20,000 sign-on bonus for Night shift and $15,000 for Day shift is available, plus comprehensive benefits and scheduling flexibility.

The unit emphasizes patient outcomes, teamwork, and a culture of Customer Obsession, with a strong focus on care quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and licensure in good standing.
• Experience in medical-surgical or orthopedic care is preferred.
• Adaptable to varied shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

• Collaborate with a team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
