Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in clinical specialty area preferred.

• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Supports customer satisfaction and staff morale; respects privacy and diverse patient populations.
• Adapts explanations and interaction styles to individual patients and situations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
