• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of files.
• Review complaints, affidavits, motions, and other court filings.
• Maintain client files and court documents via our case management system.
• Communicate with clients, court staff, and local counsel.
• Work directly with up to 5 in-house attorneys providing support and additional preparation for hearings.
• Meet tight deadlines and follow cases from start to finish.
