Job summary

fortyseven communications offers a full-time paid, three-month internship program for college graduates who want to learn video game PR in a real-world scenario. You will be fully integrated into teams to gain firsthand knowledge of working at a premium communications agency with expertise in games, technology, entertainment and digital lifestyle.

At the end of the internship, if there is a good match, a full-time Account Coordinator position may be offered.

Qualifications

• College degree in PR/Communications or related field
• Relevant internship or work experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Able to work in-person and remotely

Responsibilities

• Compile research and reporting – who’s who in the industry and how they make headlines
• Learn the basics of PR writing, pitches, press releases, plans and more
• Build relationships with media, creators and clients
• Brainstorm creative ideas, pitch angles, video content and more
• Additional tasks including event staffing/planning, general office help and other team-building activities

As an intern, you are fully integrated into teams to gain firsthand knowledge and experience of what it’s like to work at a premium communications agency with expertise in games, technology, entertainment and digital lifestyle.

At the end of the internship, if both you and our team feel like a good match, we offer a full-time Account Coordinator position.

The internship program requires a hybrid work schedule in one of fortyseven’s offices located in Los Angeles, Denver and New York City.

Responsibilities

Experience

• College degree with background in Public Relations/Communications, Media/Journalism, English or Liberal Arts preferred
• Relevant internship or job experience a plus
