We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Century Builders ND in Fargo ND as a Post-Frame Crew Lead. If you have a passion for post frame construction and leading a team of skilled professionals, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Details

• Location: Fargo, ND
• Pay: Starting at $30.00/hour (DOE)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
• Some Saturdays required
• Overtime available
• Travel may be required based on project location and business needs, including overnight stays and temporary assignments away from home. Total overnight travel may amount to approximately one month throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a 4-person crew on post-frame construction projects
• Frame, roof, and install steel siding on buildings from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Assign daily tasks and manage crew workflow to meet project schedules
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Operate telehandlers to set trusses up to 70’ wide and erect wall sections up to 20’ tall
• Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and efficiency
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and safety
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to keep projects on schedule
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help resolve construction challenges

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-frame construction experience (steel siding and roofing required)
• Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, scissor lifts, and similar equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project schedules
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with company Drug-Free Workplace Policy
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
