You will build post-frame structures from the ground up, operate basic hand and power tools, and work at heights up to 35 feet while outdoors in varying weather conditions. No prior post-frame experience is required; we offer on-the-job training, mentorship from seasoned pros, and structured development that can lead to leadership roles as you progress through the Foreman in Training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Competitive starting wages; structured pay increases at key milestones; weather pay and travel pay where applicable.
