Qualifications

• PhD in Public Health, Health Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• Two years of research experience is required.
• Preferences include community-based research experience and strong data collection/analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identified CUHE research projects tasks (e.g., tool development, community assessments, progress reports).
• Collect, clean, synthesize, and analyze large quantitative and qualitative datasets.
• Teach one course during the academic year in the School of Community Health and Policy.
• Represent the research team in projects and community meetings.
• Communicate research findings via presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare at least one academic paper or manuscript for publishing in a peer-reviewed venue.
• Other duties as assigned.
