Job description

The Department of Chemistry at Virginia Commonwealth University(VCU) is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative PostdoctoralResearcher to join a multidisciplinary research team. Thesuccessful candidate will contribute to innovative research at theintersection of native top-down proteomics, structural biology, andestrogen receptor biology.

The Postdoctoral Researcher will conduct independent andcollaborative research focused on advancing the understanding ofprotein structure, function, interactions, and regulation. Theposition will involve the application of advanced proteomic andstructural biology approaches to investigate estrogen receptorbiology and related molecular mechanisms.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible postdoctoral appointment atVirginia Commonwealth University. The successful candidate willhave the opportunity to work in a collaborative researchenvironment and develop advanced expertise in proteomics,structural biology, and estrogen receptor research.

The position is contingent upon the availability of funding and maybe renewed based on performance, research needs, and continuedfunding availability.

Salary Range:

$58,000 - $60,000
