Position: Post-Doctoral Research in Microbiology and Immunology

Responsibilities

The laboratory of Dr. Bryan Mounce is seeking a postdoctoral researcher with interests in RNA virology and host‑pathogen interactions. Responsibilities are discussed with the PI and may include:

• Conducting molecular virology experiments.
• Developing and executing host‑pathogen interaction studies.
• Analyzing experimental data and publishing results.
• Mentoring graduate students and assisting with lab management as needed.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required.
• Strong background in molecular biology and virology preferred.
• Experience with RNA viruses and host‑pathogen interaction beneficial.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and publish.
