• Letter of interest (No more than 2 pages, stating which track you are applying for and why; a brief summary of relevant educational, clinical, and research training and experience; and a statement about why the fellowship at LifeStance is a good fit for you based on your prior training and future career goals.)

• Transcript of all doctoral work
• Applications are requested beforeJanuary 20, 2026. However, applications may be considered after that date. Virtual interviews are scheduled forJanuary and February 2026.
