Job summary

The Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metro seeks Post-Doctoral Research Fellows to join ARI in advancing the science of team effectiveness. Fellows will lead projects, develop data collection and analysis protocols, and contribute to publication of results.

Ideal candidates will excel in organizational science, psychometrics, or advanced computational methods, and will demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability to federal priorities. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting literature reviews.
• Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
• Some advanced data analytic capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to federal government priorities and policies.
• Willingness to produce excellent work within ARI’s programmatic guidelines.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and conduct of a research project in one focal area.
• Create data collection protocols, collect and analyze data, and write reports.
• Publish as lead or co-author in scientific journals.
• Support other ARI research efforts to broaden career development opportunities.
