Job summary

Pinecrest Supports & Services Center seeks a dedicated psychologist to provide and coordinate psychological services across treatment and rehabilitation settings. You will design behavior-based programs and supervise ATAP staff to ensure high-quality care and continuity of services.

The role requires a Doctorate in psychology and eligibility for Louisiana licensure within one year. Compensation includes specialty entrance rates and benefits in a model employer environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in psychology.
• Louisiana license must be obtained within one year of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate psychological services for treatment and rehabilitation in homes, day programs, work areas and recreation settings.
• Design and implement behavior treatment programs and apply related techniques.
• Monitor and oversee treatment plan development and implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision to ATAPs to build clinical capacities and evaluate performance.
• Conduct direct assessment and treatment for complex cases.
• Perform psychotherapy (group, individual, or family) as needed.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for coordinated interdisciplinary care.
• Supervise staff training, orientation, and ongoing development for continuous care and security.
