The Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Clemson University is seeking an outstanding candidate for a Postdoctoral Fellow for the group of Dr. Marek Urban. The purpose of this position is to design, synthesize, characterize, and develop novel monomeric and polymeric materials with self‑healing and upcyclable properties. Also, provide hands‑on experience, mentoring, and training of new graduate students as well as develop new ideas for future funding opportunities.
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering or a related discipline, have demonstrated a record of prior research accomplishments, and shown the potential to educate and mentor students.
