Responsibilities

• Passionate and zealous representation of clients in post-conviction proceedings, including researching, briefing, interviewing witnesses, hearings preparation, direct and cross-examinations, and negotiating resolutions.
• Manage an active hearing schedule and heavy caseload competently and resourcefully.
• Represent clients in motions for modification and drug treatment.
• Communicate effectively with incarcerated clients, families, colleagues, and service providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure clients are heard and respected throughout proceedings.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through training and CLE to stay current with case law.
