The Opportunity

We're hiring a Post-Bar Law Clerk to start immediately, with a clear path to a full-time Associate role upon Bar admission. This is a great fit if you sat for the July 2026 California Bar Exam and want to build a long-term litigation career in LA.

From day one, you'll work across the full litigation lifecycle — pre-filing through trial — drafting discovery, briefing motions, and partnering directly with our attorneys on case strategy and trial prep. Once admitted, you'll begin making court appearances.

What You'll Do

• Support all stages of civil litigation: research, pleadings, discovery, and trial prep
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Prepare and oppose motions under attorney supervision
• Conduct legal research and help shape case strategy
• Work closely with attorneys and staff in a hands-on, team-based environment

What We're Looking For

• Sat for the July 2026 California Bar Exam
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Please do not apply if your only US legal degree is an LL.M.
• Based in (or able to quickly relocate to) Los Angeles, with plans to practice here long-term
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, team-first approach
• Civil litigation experience, especially discovery drafting and responding, is a plus, but not required
• Competitive salary, based on experience.
