Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Zemax, FEKO, and SolidWorks.
• Experience with fabrication and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Experience with millimeter-wave (mm-wave) imaging systems.

Responsabilités

• Characterize the imager's point-spread function.
• Design and integrate hardware for distributed-aperture imaging.
• Fabricate optical components to test system performance.
• Screen and evaluate new detector arrays.
• Operate the imaging system and analyze collected data.
• Develop optical and mechanical designs for new components and supervise fabrication.
• Operate cryogenic systems and use Python-based tools for data analysis.
• Support ongoing team activities with additional research tasks.
