Job summary

This role involves mentorship, policy development, and process improvement to support sponsored research.

You will collaborate with PIs, staff, and funding agencies, delivering training and guidance on post-award matters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in related field.
• Experience in research administration and post-award management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations (Uniform Guidance, FAR) and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of post-award administrators and ensure effective coordination.
• Develop and implement post-award policies, SOPs, and training programs.
