Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
• Master's degree (accounting or business-related degree) and one year of experience in post-award grant administration, fiscal/budgetary management and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: review all financial transactions for allowability and reasonableness; perform reconciliations and forecasts; monitor expenditures and prepare cost analyses.
• New Award Management: create electronic award folders and establish personnel effort timelines; develop project management plans for stakeholders.
• Award Management and Reporting: ensure effort forms are pre-reviewed and allocations reflect actual work; assist in reporting and closeout processes.
• Miscellaneous: perform special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership; contingent on availability of funds.
