Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of post-award coordinators and administrators.
• Oversee portfolio management and financial reporting for complex awards.
• Coordinate with PIs, departments, and external agencies to ensure compliance and effective communication.
• Develop and implement policies and SOPs for post-award processes.
