MedCap Health invites you to apply for a full-time, contract Post-Acute Physician position overseeing medical care in long-term skilled nursing facilities. You’ll typically work Monday through Friday during the day, with some weekends as needed, and you can pick hours that suit you.

You’ll earn $250,000 - $500,000 per year with substantial perks including malpractice coverage, credential support, on-the-job training, and telemedicine coverage for overnight and weekend needs.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience - highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-specialists and nurse practitioners to provide attentive, hospital-level care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Oversee medical care to ensure safe, productive environments and meet patient needs.
• Assist with complex cases and support the team as needed.
