• Active TN NP/PA license and DEA registration.
• Post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and exams.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
