SHC WVUHS Home Care in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Post-Acute Care Services Intern to support Home Health, Hospice, and Home Medical Equipment initiatives with data analysis and strategic projects.

You will help develop reports, dashboards and presentations for executive leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders on care coordination, access and network development initiatives. This internship provides exposure to healthcare operations and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Master of Public Health, Master of Health Administration or related study).
  • Ability to support strategic initiatives and develop reports, dashboards and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of innovative care models.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and assist with materials for strategic planning and decision making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support care coordination, access and network development initiatives.
  • Assist with quality, regulatory, and compliance activities, including data tracking and audit preparation.
  • Support outreach and program development to enhance awareness and utilization of post-acute services.
