Lifepoint Health seeks a Post Acute Advanced Practice Provider for St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID.

You will be part of a Lifepoint Health team delivering post-acute care with access to needed resources and a collaborative work environment. Position features include a 36-hour weekly schedule, shared call with a team of four providers, and an average of 15–20 patients per day, plus a comprehensive compensation package with base salary, wRVU bonuses, sign-on and relocation
