St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, ID is seeking a Post Acute Advanced Practice Provider to join Lifepoint Health. You will work as part of a collaborative team, delivering post-acute care and coordinating with hospital staff to support safe patient transitions.

The role features a 36-hour workweek, shared call among four providers, and an average of 15–20 patients per day. The compensation package includes a base salary with RVU production bonus, sign-on and relocation assistance,
