The Positive Behavior Technician implements behavior support plans using discrete trial training, shaping and chaining, prompting, and differential reinforcement, assisting the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) team. This position starts out at a range of $19.64 to $24.63/hour. Once the required training is completed, the range will go to $22.76 to $28.31/hour.
