Job summary

Ludus Tactical International is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Intelligence Analyst specializing in DOMEX. The role involves analyzing video, audio, and images to produce actionable intelligence, using AI tools and GIS platforms.

Strong reporting and collaboration with field teams are essential to support mission-critical decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, 8+ years of experience, and an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Multimedia Forensics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the labor category with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
  • Proven DOMEX experience with video, audio, and image analysis in operational or research settings.
  • Familiarity with multimedia processing techniques including machine learning-based recognition, signal processing, and digital forensics.
  • Ability to operate intelligence software tools and GIS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for concise reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Must maintain TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and analyze video footage, audio recordings, and images from diverse sources for intelligence collection.
  • Identify people, objects, locations, events, and patterns through analytical techniques.
  • Compile findings into clear, actionable intelligence reports, visual summaries, and briefings.
  • Leverage AI-assisted image and video recognition tools, audio analysis software, and GIS platforms.
  • Collaborate with intelligence teams, field operators, and subject-matter experts to provide timely insights.
  • Monitor, detect, and interpret emerging threats or anomalies within multimedia datasets.
  • Ensure analyses comply with relevant legal frameworks, privacy policies, and cybersecurity protocols.

Responsibilities

  • AbilitytooperateintelligencesoftwaretoolsandGISplatforms.
  • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsforconciseandaccuratereporting.
  • Strongattentiontodetail,criticalthinking,andproblem-solvingcapability.
  • Applicant must have and maintain a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification through the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE) or the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) is preferred.
  • Desired Experience: 12+ years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education;
  • -or- have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
  • Knowledge of metadata extraction, deepfake detection, and audio enhancement techniques.
  • ExperiencewithAIorcomputervisionframeworkse.g.,OpenCV,TensorFlow,PyTorch
