Dovida – Jacksonville is seeking caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Caregivers. If you are patient and responsible, you can make a meaningful impact by supporting clients in their homes with daily activities and companionship.

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but a compassionate heart and willingness to learn are equally important. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification help you provide safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience welcomed, but willingness to learn and a compassionate heart are important.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check.
• Must pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily routines.
• Follow individual care plans and report changes in clients’ needs or conditions.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and tidy home environment.
• Respect client dignity, privacy, and independence while delivering compassionate care.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
