Job summary

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION is seeking a Part-time Point of Sale Clerk for the IFA Country Store in Tremonton, Utah. This role involves cash handling, register operations, and front-line customer service in a rural retail setting.

You will greet customers, process payments, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Shifts are mornings and negotiable, typically 8am–12pm or 8am–3pm, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for entire shift and perform retail duties.
• Detail oriented, honest, dependable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Agricultural background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all procedures relating to the handling of money, invoicing, cash register operation, merchandising, assisting other retail and warehouse personnel, and providing excellent customer service.
• Must be able to greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Accept payments from customers, operate a cash register with the ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Assist in stocking shelves.
• Will be working morning/day shifts, schedule negotiable/flexible, Monday-Saturday 8am-12pm or 8am-3pm shifts .
