Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Ports & Marine Delivery Leader to drive the design of port infrastructure across the US, with emphasis on Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Lead cross‑discipline teams through planning, design, and delivery of complex programs, shaping technical direction and ensuring high quality outcomes.

The role requires a PE license and 15+ years delivering civil/structural or port projects; strong client engagement, proposal leadership, and market development are essential to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of experience delivering civil, structural, waterfront, or port infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape Arcadis’ design practice for port and marine infrastructure.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery of complex capital programs.
• Set technical direction, ensure quality, and guide teams through risk, design standards, constructability, and innovation.
• Drive resilient and sustainable design solutions addressing climate adaptation and port modernization.
• Support project managers to achieve technical excellence, schedule performance, and commercial success.
• Collaborate with Arcadis’ global and national experts to bring best of Arcadis to US clients.
