An affiliate member of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, you’ll experience autonomy, strong infrastructure, and access to cutting-edge research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.

The Practice offers competitive MGMA median compensation (550K+ base + wRVU bonus), exceptional team support, and a low-burden call

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Eligible to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology/oncology care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in tumor boards.

The Practice

• Competitive compensation based on MGMA median ($550K+ base + wRVU bonus)
• Exceptional team support and collegial culture
• Support team of APPs, Nurse Navigator, and Schedulers
• Manageable volume: 12-16 patients/day once ramped
• Low-burden call: 1:16 rotation, APPs take first call-just a handful of calls per year
• Two months PTO + CME
• BC/BE in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
