Walker Macy seeks an enthusiastic project manager and landscape architect for our Portland, OR office. You will work directly with clients, participate in public outreach, help lead the design, management, and technical development of projects, and coordinate with architects and engineers.

We are a design firm focused on parks, waterfronts, and campuses with experience in site design for civic buildings and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Degree in landscape architecture (BLA or MLA).
• Experience developing design studies and creating graphic presentations.
• Experience producing design development or construction documents for medium/large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of Revit is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

Walker Macy is seeking an enthusiastic project manager and landscape architect for our Portland, Oregon office. In this role, you will work directly with clients, participate in public outreach, help lead the design, management, and technical development of our projects, and coordinate with architects and engineers.

Walker Macy is a design firm that provides landscape architecture, urban design, and planning services throughout the Western United States. This position requires at least 8 years professional experience, a degree in landscape architecture (BLA or MLA), a strong sense of spatial design and experience developing design studies, strong graphic representation abilities, and experience producing design development or construction documents for medium or large-scale projects. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and flexible with strong communication skills, a willingness to take initiative and an interest in working as part of a team. Required professional experience includes developing and directing design studies, creating graphic presentations, working in AutoCAD or Revit, writing specifications, and managing the team’s work (scope, fee, schedule, and staffing). Knowledge of Revit would also be beneficial.
