The Northwest Abortion Access Fund (NWAAF) seeks an entry-level Development & Operations Associate based in Portland. You will maintain donation records, manage day-to-day admin tasks, and respond to stakeholder inquiries as part of NWAAF’s mission-driven work.

This role blends precise routine duties with compassionate service, supporting development campaigns, donor care, and program compliance while coordinating volunteers and office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or relevant life experiences.
• Willingness to learn key software tools.

Responsibilities

• Development Support: track donations and manage donor records.
• Operations Support: handle incoming mail, store inventory, and organize files.
• Community Engagement: coordinate volunteers and respond to inquiries.
• Program & Compliance: assist in reporting and maintain compliance tasks.
• Communications: support NWAAF visibility and manage content on platforms.
