Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a field relevant to the position required.
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
• Additional product licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Entering new or adjusting existing asset allocations at the direction of the FA/PWA/team.
• Preparing and reviewing client reports for existing or prospective clients.
• Assisting with research using firm-approved systems.
• Participating in client meetings representing the service lens.
• Updating clients’ estate, trust, retirement, and insurance objectives as directed.
• Reviewing new client prospects developed through leads and referrals.
• Executing digital and in-person marketing strategies including conferences, seminars, or webinars.
• Providing feedback and suggesting upgrades to Portfolio Management tools and resources.
