Job Description

Performs collection and portfolio management activities in accordance with Farm Credit Leasing (FCL) and Farm Credit Administration (FCA) policies, regulations, and standards.

Essential Functions

• This position is responsible for collections, via manual dialing, and manages the receivables in an assigned territory.
• Responds for answering questions from customers and associates pertaining to invoices, contractual terms, restructures, extensions and payments.
• Recommends financial decisions on extensions, formal restructures and contract adjustments.
• Maintains established delinquency and charge-off standards, performing financial analysis as needed on customer accounts to determine risk rating classification, extensions, restructures and reserve requirements.
• Provides monthly statistics and written analysis on assigned territory.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in collections, financial analysis and/or customer service, preferably in the financial services or agricultural industry required

The typical base pay range for this role is between $62,200 - $71,100. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
