Job summary

Qcells North America seeks a Manager in Project Finance – Portfolio Transactions to lead asset and portfolio sales into AssetCo JV vehicles. You will manage diligence through closing, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive financial and commercial analysis for timely monetization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in project finance, renewable energy, infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, or strategic transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting analysis clearly.
• Experience supporting or leading transactions involving U.S. solar and/or energy storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution and project management for sale/transfer into AssetCo JV vehicles.
• Serve as day-to-day transaction lead across stakeholders to drive deals from development to closing.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal execution with Dev, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, EPC and leadership.
• Prepare and manage investment memoranda, marketing materials, diligence trackers, and information packages.
• Organize and track due diligence processes, data rooms, and closing deliverables.
• Lead negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements and closing documents.
• Oversee valuation, financing models, and project economics for transfers.
• Collaborate with acquisitions/pricing teams to reflect market conditions and risk.
• Drive adherence to timelines and issue resolution; mentor junior staff.
