What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Track key health indicators of programs and projects across the enterprise portfolio
  • Contribute to the production of portfolio dashboards and health reporting
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, resources, and change requests across the portfolio
  • Analyze resource demand versus availability to ensure optimal project staffing
  • Perform stage gate checks to confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
  • Working experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid SDLCs or frameworks such as SAFE
  • Proficient in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations
  • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
  • Relevant certifications such as PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, or SAFE RTE
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align, Smartsheet, or Planview
  • Data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated company ownership mindset and active participation in shaping company culture
