What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Track key health indicators of programs and projects across the enterprise portfolio
  • Contribute to the production of portfolio dashboards and health reporting
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, resources, and change requests across the portfolio
  • Consult with programs and projects to improve delivery health and ensure project quality
  • Perform stage gate checks to confirm that deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
  • Working experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid SDLCs or frameworks such as SAFE
  • Proficient in creating executive‑level PowerPoint presentations
  • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
  • Related certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align, Smartsheet, or Clarity
  • Data analysis skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience with resource management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Planner
