Job summary

The Stellantis Student Program offers a unique year‑round opportunity for students to work with the North America Portfolio Planning team. During the academic year you’ll work remotely from within the United States, and onsite in Auburn Hills, Michigan during the summer.

Cohorts begin in January, April, June and September, with up to 24 hours per week during the school year and potentially up to 40 hours in summer, with relocation support sometimes available.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Completed at least one year of undergraduate study at hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Willingness to relocate if necessary.

• Synthesize consumer, competitive, and sales data to identify opportunities in the North American automotive market.

Job description

STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT:

This student program follows a format in which participants work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August). Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States.

During the academic year, students whoresidein the Metro Detroit area are highly encouraged to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as their schedulespermit.

During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Students selected for the program will work with their manager toestablisha consistent weekly schedule that fulfills the 24-hour requirement while accommodating their class schedule.

During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Students maybe requiredtorelocateand may work up to40 hoursper week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion.Relocationassistancemay be available to students who meet specific eligibility requirements.

Student program cohorts begin quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Studentsare intendedto remain in the program through graduation.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS:

The North America Portfolio Planning team is responsible for long-range product and business planning, shaping the region's strategic vision. We analyze consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to develop strategies that support future growth and business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Support product planning initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and evaluating strategic scenarios.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance or a related field from an accredited college or university

• Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round

• Willingness to relocate, if necessary
