You will ensure decision forums are prepared, documents are versioned, and traceability is maintained from forums to roadmaps. The role coordinates with executives and teams across product, architecture, finance, and delivery to connect governance records to roadmap impact.

Qualifications

• Experience operating PMO, portfolio, governance in a complex technical environment.
• Strong record of maintaining decision, action, risk, dependency, change, and evidence records through closure.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Operate integrated risk, issue, dependency, action, decision, and reconciliation registers.
• Prepare Portfolio and cross-mission forums with inputs and attendance.
• Record decisions, actions, dependencies, and changes; publish outcomes.
• Monitor aging, overdue checkpoints, missing owners, and escalate failures.
• Administer controlled Portfolio documents and version history.
• Support execution of the Portfolio Operating Model and Ways of Working.
