Job summary

ULSolutions seeks a Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing to lead the Portfolio Marketing team in developing and executing strategies, narratives, thought leadership, and campaigns that strengthen awareness, engagement, and consideration for the ULSolutions brand and portfolio across strategic industry verticals, emerging technologies, and megatrends.

You will align portfolio marketing with enterprise brand strategy, drive messaging, insights, and multi-channel campaigns, and manage a global team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8-10 years in portfolio/brand/marketing.
• 5+ years leading marketing teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven experience in integrated marketing strategies, thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience developing portfolio positioning, messaging frameworks, and market-facing narratives for complex products/services.
• Strong skills in customer segmentation, buyer personas, and market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio marketing strategies aligned to industry verticals and megatrends.
• Lead the development of integrated portfolio campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into marketing priorities, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Define portfolio positioning and market-facing narratives that communicate value clearly.
• Collaborate with Brand Activation, COU Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Sales for alignment across activities.
• Establish portfolio thought leadership strategies to reinforce expertise and credibility.
• Lead development of customer, buyer, and market insights related to priority verticals and megatrends.
• Manage and develop the Portfolio Marketing team with resource prioritization and performance management.
• Establish portfolio marketing measurement frameworks and monitor performance across awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
