The Portfolio Manager, Team Lead has oversight of delinquency monitoring, collections, and portfolio management for all loans and lease portfolios. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing procedures, collaborating with the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) on controls, managing loan workouts, conducting annual reviews, and producing detailed reports. The position also requires monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining policy adherence. The role includes oversight of the external loan review process, providing recommendations to Executive Management on portfolio trends, and developing workout strategies. The incumbent will lead collections, workout, perform risk assessments, help prepare board and management reporting, work with outside legal counsel and assist with the Allowance for Credit Losses in conjunction with the CLO and other team leaders.

This position requires occasional travel, up to approximately 25% of work time, for site visits, borrower meetings, collateral inspections, and oversight of OREO/OAO properties.
This is a hybrid position reporting to our Salt Lake City, UT or Troy, MI office three days a week (Tues. Wed. Thurs).
