Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to support a commercial and middle market team onsite. You will lead loan analysis, underwriting, origination, and portfolio management while applying risk grading methodologies and managing relationships with C&I and CRE borrowers.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with Relationship Managers on lending proposals, and help drive cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of commercial underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Strong financial analysis, legal document interpretation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational and customer service abilities.
