Job summary

The Joseph Group seeks a Portfolio Manager to serve as a key representative of our investment philosophy and process to clients, advisor teams, and external partners. You will educate clients, present investment concepts, and collaborate with the Senior Investment Analyst on portfolio construction.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and education-focused skills are essential, along with CFA/CAIA consideration and experience with investment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship building skills
• CFA and/or CAIA designation preferred
• Experience with investment platforms and/or client service
• Strong project management skills – organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and prospects about investment concepts and portfolios
• Assist CIO with financial education and client communications
• Explain portfolios in client meetings for Wealth Advisory and Retirement Plan services
• Write commentary for plan sponsors and plan participants for TJG’s Retirement Plan Services clients
• Support investment research and portfolio construction ideas with TJG’s Senior Investment Analyst
