This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and plays a critical role in overseeing the financial, commercial, and financing obligations of the company’s operating renewable energy portfolio. The Portfolio Manager serves as the primary relationship manager for tax equity investors, senior lenders, and other capital providers while ensuring strict compliance with financing agreements and optimizing portfolio financial performance. This role works closely with operating businesses to assess, understand, and mitigate key business risks while ensuring newly acquired assets are integrated according to Modal Power’s standards. The position requires close collaboration with Asset Management, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Operations teams to coordinate investor reporting, financial forecasting, covenant compliance, distributions, reserve management, and strategic portfolio initiatives. The Portfolio Manager will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with capital partners and external advisors while supporting executive management and board-level reporting.
