Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Portfolios in Princeton to manage relationships with fund houses and source portfolio holdings. You will work with Sales, Product and Engineering to improve holdings-based terminal functionality and ensure high-quality data across the portfolio offerings.

The role requires client-facing experience in finance, knowledge of market data, and strong communication skills. A CFA/CAIA or Master's is preferred; Python knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years+ experience in the financial industry or with clients.
• Experience with exchanges market, market data industry, or related concepts.
• Strong understanding of the buy-side.
• Ability to think critically to improve and develop products.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with major fund houses to disclose holdings.
• Acquire, update & maintain high-quality holdings data.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, News and Engineering to develop holdings tools across the Terminal.
• Propose innovative ideas for Portfolio Holdings functionality.
• Participate in roundtables and seminars on funds and holdings to engage with markets.
• Contribute to new projects driving department initiatives.
• Attend industry events and conferences on funds and holdings.
