As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Fraud Model Implementation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Wilmington, DE, Tysons, VA, New York City, Charlotte, NC, Dallas or Houston, TX. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining Fraud Models that support retail and commercial businesses.
  • Applying experience and knowledge of Financial Crimes, machine learning applications, big data structuring, and process optimization.
  • Collaborating with business partners across different lines of business, risk management, and audit.
  • Presenting work to peers, senior executives, and regulators.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in Python/R, especially PySpark or other big data applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Problem solving and ad hoc analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter with curiosity.
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Technology.
  • Knowledge of Fraud, Financial Crimes, Anti-money laundering detection and prevention.
  • Experience with Machine Learning models, including deep learning and large language models.
  • Understanding of Model Development Lifecycle.
Job Description
  • Providing financial and regulatory reporting, risk analysis, and developing analytical methods/models.
  • Analyzing large datasets to improve risk-adjusted returns and communicate insights.
  • Using predictive models for segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Designing and monitoring analytical reports and strategies.
  • Working with partners to assess credit risk appetite and establish policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Skills in analytical thinking, credit risks, data analytics, and financial analysis.
  • No specific certifications or licenses required.
Additional Information
